These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Always Healthy Air and to every distance contract formed between Always Healthy Air and you as a customer.

An agreement is formed the moment you place an order and we confirm it. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer (for example in the price) are not binding on us.

All stated prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment is processed securely via the checkout of our payment partner Shopify, including iDEAL, credit card, Klarna, PayPal and Apple Pay.

For orders placed before 5pm on a working day, we aim to deliver the next working day within the Netherlands. Shipping is free from an order value of €75; below that, shipping costs are shown before you complete your order. Delivery times are indicative and are not a strict deadline.

As a consumer you have the legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. Always Healthy Air applies an extended period of 30 days. Products must be returned complete, undamaged and in their original packaging. Please contact us beforehand via our contact form for return instructions. Return shipping costs are for your own account, unless otherwise agreed.

Alongside the statutory warranty (conformity), we offer a standard 3-year manufacturer warranty on our air purifiers. Defects caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect use, or failure to replace filters in time are not covered.

Complaints about the performance of the agreement can be reported via info@alwayshealthyair.nl. We aim to respond to complaints in substance within 14 days. If we're unable to resolve things together, you may bring the matter before the competent court.

Dutch law exclusively applies to all agreements between Always Healthy Air and the customer.
