• Contact form: name, email address, phone number and your message. This form sends your details directly as an email to our business inbox — nothing is stored on a server.
• Orders: name, address, email address and payment details you enter at checkout. This is processed via the secure checkout of our processor Shopify.
• Website analytics: with your permission, Google Analytics 4 processes information about page visits and website usage.

We use your data to respond to your enquiry, process and deliver your order, comply with legal (tax/administrative) obligations and, with your permission, improve the website using aggregated usage statistics.

We don't retain data for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as long as the law requires (for example the 7-year Dutch tax retention obligation for invoice data).

We only share data with parties necessary to provide our service, such as Shopify (checkout and order processing), Google (analytics, only with your permission) and our delivery partner(s). Data processing agreements are in place with these parties where applicable. We don't sell personal data to third parties.
